Day 4: Slow Mornings Save Lives.

Personal Story:

Once I decided to stop setting 17 alarms, mindless scrolling on social media, and throwing myself into the world before speaking to God and feeling my own energy in the morning, my life changed.

My mornings aren’t perfect.

But they’re sacred.

My morning routine sets my day.

And when I prioritized ME and what makes my morning filled with peace and happiness, everything else falls into place with much more ease.

Now I don’t meet my day with panic & false priority.

I meet it with presence. Knowing I’m the most important asset in my reality and everyone in my orbit deserves the best of me.

Quote:

“When you arise in the morning, think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive.” — Marcus Aurelius

Some Inspiration:

You don’t need a 5AM hustle plan.

You need space to breathe, to wake up to yourself first, to comprehend how you actually feel about even waking up.

To enjoy the silence and stillness.

Slowness is our soul’s medicine.

When you reclaim your morning, you reclaim your power.

Your Move:

Before checking your phone, take 5 slow breaths.

Ask: “How do I feel in my body right now?”

“Do I like how I feel?”

“How do I want to feel & what do I want to experience today?”

Move from there.
