A Cup of Magic

Welcome to another glorious morning at Ekstasis Café! Wake up, grab a cup of your favorite morning magic, light your favorite candle, (Mine is an unscented white candle for the morning) sit in the brightest area of your space, preferably an area where the sun can hit your skin- and join me for a chat.

To get the most of my blogs- I’ve decided to audio it for you if you just want to sit and be present. Close your eyes, sip your magic, and just BE while I fill your cup with Divine Wisdom.

One thing I’ve learned on this journey to unconditional self-love and unabashed free spirit is how we start our day matters. The foundation. The intention of our day is imperative for how spectacular the moments after it can be.

As this is our first time together in Ekstasis Café- I wanted to introduce myself- I’m NElise. Healer, channeler, daughter of the spirit realm &- Lover of all things BELLA- which stands for Beauty, Esoterism, Love, Luxury, and Ascension. All the things that represent Ekstasis- which is also Greek for Ecstasy. Something we hope all those connected to us will experience. Ecstasy for the soul If you’ve found yourself gravitating to the sacred space, Lisa, my mother and Ekstasis Partner, and I have created here, it’s likely because you also represent one of these things, or maybe more or at least you desire to- so welcome. A wealth of divine knowledge will unfold for you here. Our passion is sharing- and we want to share with you.

Today- I simply wanted to say hello. I want to invite you to meet us here as often as you feel called.

When you come, get comfortable. Kick off your shoes, kick up your feet. No distractions. Create you sacred space to be in this place. 30 minutes preferably- but I understand my “on the go’ers” don’t always give themselves that time to sit-that’s ok well get there. 😊

A cup of magic is your favorite liquid beverage. Warm preferably- the liquid that makes you feel good and cozy. Whether it be tea or coffee- a favorite cider or even a cup of fresh juice- those are always nice too- but make sure you put it in your favorite mug. Its all about feeling good and truly taken care of YOU.

Light a candle if you have one- this is intentional- If you don’t have a candle. Get one. Have it ready for next time. I prefer white and unscented, so the smells don’t collide with my cup of magic. White candles are pure and known for manifesting desires made from your clear intentions. You will burn your candle until the end of your sacred time with us and then blow it out.

Smell is important when starting your day- Feel free to light or diffuse a light uplifting scent- perhaps grapefruit, lemon, orange, something. Subtle - yet energizing.

When you’ve created you sacred space- relax in it and listen. Presence your heart. Presence Your energy. How you feel. How you want to feel. Just be an observer of you. Get in tune with you. Then greet the spirit realm. Greet God with a smile and a hello. They will respond. Just be still.

If you’re someone who has trouble giving yourself time to just BE- How much more, I invite you and welcome you here.

Give yourself a minimum of 15 minutes to be home- and when I say home I mean Home with the Divine. The Divine Spirit in you and The Divine God and Spirit that surrounds you every day.

This is how you become present to the magic that you have forgotten exists for you. This is how you begin to develop a relationship with the most beautiful part of you and The God that loves you, and the spirit world that supports you creating your best life.

I encourage you to set your intention- As you listen to these audios or read them- take the time to presence how you want your day to go. What would you like to experience? How would you like to feel?

I like to make a game of it for myself- I tell Spirit- I want to meet a man- tall- handsome- and I want him to smile and me and say hello.

I want to feel attractive. Joyful. Grounded- Let no one through a rock in my vibration- and may I be more present to life each day.

This is the intention I’m setting for my day. Then once I am finished enjoying my cup of magic and took great care of my needs- the foundation for my day is set. And I will carry it with me all day.

See you don’t experience magical moments if you don’t take time to acknowledge that you want them. You have to know what you want in order to see what you want to unfold. When you do see it, you know God heard you and you can be present enough to recognize it and say thank you.

I encourage each and everyone of you to take the time to come join us in Ekstasis Café and make this a part of your morning routine- watch how your life transforms just by doing that.

You are your most valuable asset, and you must start living like it. Neglect is not sexy. Masculine energy barging through life and your day is not sexy- Get in touch with your feminine so you may attract what you want with ease and way less stress- trust me- its more fun that way.

I encourage you to come in the morning- but of course anytime you can take this pause- to create your sacred space- bask in the magical nuggets I’ll share with you, 15-30 minutes, do it- the effects will still be remarkable.
